King Dave, it does not matter who owns the jewelry store, the fact of the matter is, is she took the necklace without paying for it, last time I checked that was called stealing. Then to insult everyone by claiming she borrowed it, without telling anyone, still called stealing, because it seems to me if the store had loaned it out, there would need to be some paperwork filled out for insurance purposes, not to mention a credit card or a person responsible for the piece in case of loss or damage.
