OMG!!!!!!!

This bottom-feeder of a excuse for a human being has had her last laugh. Hopefully Friday her "machine" will have a breakdown and the judge will send her directly to jail. Or a state run facility for the criminally insane. "She's ill." Let's see how ill she can be.

Her fun needs to come to an end!!!!!!!!

Lindsay Lohan has been granted too many opportunities to get it right. She may be laughing while she tweets and drinks, but I'm going to be laughing when the judge tosses her butt back in jail where it belongs. What a wasted life!

She is never going to get her act together if the judges and lawyers keep holding her hand and tell her it's ok. She needs a reality check. Give her real jail time with no freaking perks. Make her go to a real rehab and not a spa getaway. Have her assist in the morgue. Make this skank of a person own up and face her problems instead of pretending to give her jail time and rehab. It's a mockery of addicts and addiction counselors. She disgusts me and it upsets me that there a people who would give their left arm to have half of the opportunities she has been afford in life who will never get the chance to be rich.

Oh no Lindsay............ liar, liar pants on fire. You're asking for it I'm afraid. If you cry wolf I don't think anyone will come. Good Luck.

Who the hell cares? She is out of prison, out of rehab, and Irish. Let her drink and do drugs. If she does make a comeback, hopefully it will be in porn.

And I should believe what "USWeekly" publishes, WHY? With their track record for responsible reporting causes me to think the opposite on what they claim.

Listen Lindsay lay it out so they can't have no strings on you when you get out. And if they try to drug test when you get out tell em I'll lay it out somemore. They are going too drug test you the rest of your life if you don't nip it right now. Drug tests are immoral and go against our great constitution. Stop drug testing now !

This sounds so typical of others who have "graduated" rehab. They learn the things to say that people want to hear. However, they do not believe those things. There has been no real change, just words to placate others while they continue their destructive behavior.

I wish Lindsey and her mom and her dad would just fall off th earth! I am so sick of seeing them in the news, but not sick enough to comment on just how disgusting this whole family is! Lindsey is a joke, always was and always will be. Whether or not these latest reports are true, I don't care, I just wish she would have one more jack and coke and die!

she is a waste of air space.

This little girl really needs a hug. Her mother is trying too hard to be her friend, her father....well that situation is just too creepy to think about, and the example she sets for her sister is just heartbreaking. This little girl has never had any lines drawn, any consequences to answer to in her entire life. She was brought up by the studios who gave her special privileges to keep her happy and to keep the kiddie money rolling in. Her parents were enjoying the lifestyle her career offered them. So who is really to blame here? She needs to do some serious jail time, in general population, some serious rehab with the average Joe, and she needs for someone to put their foot down and say NO! You can't have your way anymore little girl, time to grow up, face the consequences for your actions, and become the best person you can be.

#2 - She has been photographed driving around all over the place.

What is it going to take before they revoke her license permanently? for her to KILL someone on one of her "fun" drinking, dug filled nights?? This girl has NO CLUE what it means to be responsible. She has been spoon fed by low-life's her whole life, so really what chance in hell does she have for turning her life around?? Take away her license before she kills an innocent person!!

I hope no one is surprised by this. As long as she has "enablers" (whoever they may be), this stuff will keep on happening. That's how it is in real life. Too bad she doesn't want to live in real life, and act her age. Meanwhile the rest of us have to keep being "informed" of her every misbehavior. Where's the real news?

Who Cares/ She'll be dead by this time next year anyway........

The judge has a number of issues, separate and interrelated,  to consider:

Everyone has a rational, and an irrational, side. 

Her irrational side (addiction, defiance of the court, 4 unsuccessful rehabs) has taken her over.

Appeals to her rational side (the judge said "Don't do it" or she'll put you in jail, starting and completing this film--whatever it is--is probably your only way to pay your bills and have a hope of salvage a career in utter shambles, other producers will not work with you and completion-bonding companies will not insure you will finish beyond this film, you were convicted of DUI so don't continue to abuse) is not promising right now.  Objectively, she is a person who is out of control.

For the judge:  what to do with someone out of control who is damaging themselves and risks hurting others?

The first issue is public protection.  She should have her driver's license revoked for "at least" 5 years and barring her, under penalty of violating a court order, from seeking a license in any other jurisdiction, and .  That would include her jail time, extensive court-ordered rehab, and demonstrated sobriety by ankle bracelet and random tests over an extended period of time.  After 5 years, she could then re-apply to the Department of Motor Vehicles for them to determine if she is fit to operate a motor vehicle safely.  No one wants to have it on their conscience (or be blamed) if she, while impaired, runs over a child--or an adult, for that matter.  To protect others, the court should direct she surrender her passport--for which she can apply 90 days in advance to use for good cause shown and to return immediately.  The limited promotion of her film would be one example--one year from now--with the bracelet on. 

The second issue is the authority of the court.  The course of conduct is indifference to the court.  The Court needs to deal with her firmly just like it said it would--both to communicate that courts are serious business and their orders must be obeyed, AND that DUI, the initial genesis of this, is a very serious offense.  This is now not a case for the jails to let her out early based on her word she would behave and to  "make room for other serious cases".  This is a serious case, and she should stay.

A third issue is justice.  The only thing on her mind right now is to start and complete the film as her last best hope of salvaging "The Lindsay Lohan." Committing her to extensive rehab--allowing her out and to return each night with drug tests paid by her during the day--allows her to make money to pay huge bills, restore some self-esteem that might help her rehab, and keep her under surveillance, to return full-time afterward to extended rehab she pays for.  This is not extending "favoritism" to a celebrity; actors work sporadically, particularly her, and to force her off this ill-advised film (in her condition) is unnecessarily harsh.  The bracelet can be removed for this limited period due to the drug test.  This film is all she's got left.  If the public can be protected, the court vindicated, and she is released under constant testing she pays for, that is more than justice to her.

She is not thinking clearly, or thinking.  That is sad.  And it is PRECISELY why the court must structure the way things are going to work.  

This is just opinion, not a prediction, and is only suggesting how the court might, not should, rule.  We'll see tomorrow.

I'm over, she is over, the country is over and I just have to hope that the judge is over.

Lock her up and throw away the key.

Never let it be said that facts can get in the way of a true story!!!

If Lindsay did post this over a meal on her Blackberry, she was really very clever. Anyone who has seen Lindsay's Tweets know that the vast majority of them are posted via something called Ubertwitter. This is an App for the Blackberry smartphone. Funny then that the Tweets concerned were posted via the Web. For this she would have needed to be sat there with a Laptop, but wait a min, the story above says she was using her Blackberry!! mmmmmm

Secondly, if she was drinking Jack and coke, and giggling, then that is impliying that she was drunk. Funny, that would have shown up in her tests as well, along with the other substances. It is also well documented that she went out that evening to an AA class. Doubt she would have been invited back, as was also well documented the next night, (photo's and all) if she had turned up drunk????

I would also like to point out to all the flammers on here that the person concerned is a real person with feelings and moods, just like the rest of us. It is said that Lindsay manipulates the judicial system. Funny then that when sentenced to 90 days in prison, she is let out due to good behaviour and overcrowding. What is she supposed to say?? "No, please leave me here until I have done the full 90 days"?? Then after 23 days of rehab, the Dr's let her go. I think the judicial system failed Lindsay, as she was then discharged to the very place that she needed to avoid, the so called friends who should have been supporting her!!!!

If this is true...this girl makes me sick! She should be put in jail and locked up for a good year! As long as she has this kind of attitude she will continue to use the system (if it is allowed). She needs a judge that is absolutely brutal! Go to jail and stay there already!

In my opinion her mother Dina is a big part of the problem. She is constently making excuses for her and has a bit of stardust in her own eyes. God forbid the gravytrain will stop. Be a mother and protect your daughter for once. Lindsay will wind up dead and then we will have to hear the family make more excuses. Lindsay you are talented and beautiful get some help!

The sad part about this situation is that Lindsay's mother cannot accept the fact that her daughter has a problem. Instead of insisting and working with her to get help, she is more concerned with "getting her off scot free". This is clearly a woman who has absolutely no regard for her daughter and instead views her as $$$.

Tomorrow is the day Lindsay reports to court and my only wish is that the judge has read the same information as I and takes appropriate action to protect this young woman.
