Is about as much fun a watching Izzy squander her career and sleep with each cast member while talking to her ghost ex boyfriend.

A bitter self-absorbed woman and a weak hedonistic man. No thanks.

I gave uo the mentalist for this - perhaps teh show should go on a Hiatus - if they have nothing else to do.

I love the backstory and it humanizes Ellis, shows her vulnerability.

I thought it might be great for people who have never watched Grey's to know what's going on. I love the show and Ikeep waiting for them to bring back O'malley with the excuse that he was never officially ID'd from the body and saying he had gone on to his army career and didn't know about the bus accident. Wouldn't that be cool????

So, what's the deal with keeping Izzie off? I mean they kept her around for a reason but she isn't on the show. Is she waiting to see if her movie career takes off to see if wants to come back? I mean as far as I am concerned her movie career has already taken off. She is very funny in her movies. However, I do wish she take on a more serious role.

I find eveyone's comments a little arrogant in that they are all assuming eveyone else has watched evey single episode of this prgram since it first aired - NOT! I had no idea of the past relationships/affairs or interships of any of the doctors and found this episode to be one of the best I've seen.

It's not arrogance. It is a series, and they really need to keep it moving and get on with it. I just don't think that re-hashing the extra-marital affairs that these 2 adulterers engaged in is something that I want to keep watching when there are other issues to be taken care of. The woman is dead, the ex-chief is an alcoholic who is actually too arrogant to get treatment.
