Maybe they just didn't care for his music...although he must of really had tons and tons of musical talents...having dressed up as a pineapple and all. I wonder if Beethoven or Mozart ever dressed up as plastic fruit to get people turned on to their symphonies ???

What a world.

I thought Sweden was a peacefull place, I guess not. It is pretty sad that A holes like this are out there, and all over the World. No hope for this planet any time soon it looks like. And those guys are probably ones that protest War violence too... And sad that people make jokes and poke fun at someones misfortune...

This is probably the worst thing that has happened in Sweden for years.

        Let's see now. . . . What's happened in the US lately?

7 or 8 cops shot dead in the past two weeks?

Guy kills his five kids then kills himself?

Another guy goes nuts and kills 13 in NY state?

        And many many many more?

        I rest my case . . . .

The Swedes wouldn't know tropical fruit from a can of shoe polish. They were probably drunk and confused, as they almost always are in the barren wastelands that we call Scandinavia (part of which comedian John Cleese once referred to as a "pimple on the buttock" of the world...)

So Sweden is a "pimple on the buttock" and San Francisco isn't? Everyone in the US has been programmed to think that america is the best and all the other countries are terrible places to live with absolutely no freedom whatsoever. Typical united states ego, caused by generations of brainwashing at the hands of the schools and the government. "Ha Ha Ha! No one can possibly compare with the united states of america. We're just too awesome and all you other countries suck!" BS! Anyway, I hope those jackasses get caught and I hope they get the pineapple.

Was this a drive-by fruiting ?? This despicable behavior is typical of persons suffering from global warming syndrome. The exteme heat, sunshine and drought conditions world-wide has a direct result on the human mind and this global warming syndrome creates a violent pattern in people !!! Headed by Al Gore and Madonna, the world should set up a committee to determine if a committee to study what effects global warming has on the human phsiological state of being.

John Cleese isn't American, so get off your brusied ego and bash the proper country. Maybe if you weren't so "brainwashed at the hands of your schools and government" you MIGHT have known that.

I do agree with you when you say:
